Michele Yvonne (Johnson) Lundberg December 22, 1958 – June 13, 2025 Millville, Utah
Michele Yvonne (Johnson) Lundberg, age 66, danced her way into this world on December 22, 1958, and left it on June 13, 2025 — leaving behind a legacy of grit, grace, and just the right amount of sass.
Born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho, Michele was never one to sit still. A talented dancer, cross country runner, and proud member of her high school drill team, she graduated in 1977 with a fierce spirit that would carry her through life.
She was raised with love by her mother, Carol Jensen, her father, Robert Johnson, and her step-father, Walter Jensen. Michele was the beloved sister of Mark Johnson (wife Debbie) and Michael Jensen, both of whom preceded her in death.
In 1978, Michele married the love of her life, Ronald Lundberg — a man whose devotion to her would become a beautiful constant through thick, thin, and every chapter in between. Together, they raised four children who inherited her sense of humor, strength, and deep sense of loyalty: Russell Lundberg (wife Barbara), Rachel Lundberg Thompson (husband James), Douglas Lundberg (wife Leah Andersen), and Dillon Jager Lundberg. Michele was the kind of mother who knew when to nurture, when to challenge, and always when to laugh.
She was also a proud and loving grandmother to six grandsons who brought her endless joy and pride: Jacob, Zachary, and Lucas Thompson; and Fox, Corbin, and Quillan Lundberg.
She served as the secretary of the Archery Club and loved being part of the archery community — though her true aim in life was lovingly keeping everyone else in line. She had a soft spot for pugs, unmatched skill at Dr. Mario, and the kind of laugh that made people feel right at home.
In her later years, Michele faced the challenges of multiple sclerosis with the same tenacity she brought to everything. Though MS eventually took her mobility, it never touched the parts of her that mattered most — her kindness, her humor, and her unwavering love for her family. She remained, always, centered on her children and grandchildren.
Ron, her partner of nearly five decades, cared for Michele with tireless devotion. His love and loyalty were extraordinary, and together they showed all who knew them what true commitment looks like.
Michele was easy to love, impossible to forget, and made the world better simply by being herself.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, June 27, with a graveside service at noon located at the Millville Cemetery, followed by a casual gathering with refreshments at the Logan Depot 75 S. 600 W. Logan, Utah, from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M.. And if you come, be prepared to laugh — she wouldn’t have it any other way.
