Leilani Tameifuna

Leilani Pearl Fainga Tameifuna passed away due to an unexpected illness, in the arms of her mother in the early morning hours of December 15, 2025.

Leilani came into the lives of Lisiate and Kori Tameifuna on January 02, 2025, joining siblings Siaosi Manu, Emeline "Emy", Isapela "Bela", Trudy Leialoha "Tru", Mina Lavinia "Mina." Even though our angel baby only spent a short 11 months with with us, Leilani was the sunshine of our lives. "Leila" completed our family, made us whole and healed her Daddies heart. Her smile and laughter brought immense love and immeasurable joy to all who knew her.

Leila will be forever remembered and loved by her family and friends.

Leilani was received into the arms of her loving Heavenly Father, her Grandmother, Mele Kuli, Aunt Trudy Quinlan Barrett, and many others. She is survived by her Mother, Kori Meservy Kuli Tameifuna, Father, Lisiate Tameifuna, siblings Manu, Emy, Bela, Trudy, and Mina. Grandparents Suzette Q. Heater and Donald I Heater, and Siaosi Kuli, and many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on her birthday, January 2, 2026. Details will be posted here on a later date. Interment at the Mendon, Utah cemetery.
