On the morning of March 21, 2023, Daryl Glenn Miller (81) died of natural causes at home in Logan UT.His remains will be buried at Hamilton’s Mortuary in Des Moines, Iowa at a later date.

He was born June 7, 1941, in Waterloo IA, son of Franklin Glenn & Helen Icel Miller. He was married for 33 years to Betty Jeanne Matthews on May 19, 1990 and previously to Lenette Jane Hildreth on March 9, 1968 for 19 years.

In 1965, he earned a BS degree in Agricultural Business and was a member of Theta Xi Fraternity at ISU. He led a successful career in Information Technology through 2003, when he retired from the Principal. Church involvement was important to him as well as his role with his family and community. Some of his hobbies include: gardening, woodworking, fishing and celebrating special occasions.

Survivors: His wife Betty; daughters Jennifer Miller of Tunas MO., and Sara Miller of Cave Creek, AZ.; step-sons Marc (Merilee) Walters of Cedar City UT and Mike (Sheri) Walters of Des Moines IA; brother, Lieutenant Colonel retired US Marine David F.(Jane) Miller of Washington Island, WI and their children Chris Miller and his significant other Karen Cranford, Mindy Campbell (Lance); sister, Marlene Eyestone of Muskego, WI and her children Tammy (Steve) Harp and Eric Eyestone and his significant other Lisa Maitre; grandson Corbin Miller; three step-grandsons, Jefferey, Jarrod and Michal Walters; Great niece Quinn Campbell and nephews, Liam, Hayden and Bryce Campbell and Trevor Harp.
